Forum Launch Day & CLP Social All members are warmly invited to constitute the remaining equality forums, after which we will have an end of year social to celebrate our achievements this year! Come along on Saturday 17th November 2018 and form the forums at 17:00, or simply come along for food, drink and music at 19:00 – there will be a raffle too, with prizes to be won! Address: The Spire, St Mark’s Chapel,, Eastern Rd, Brighton BN2 5JN Food and drink will be provided by the BAME forum, and music by the to-be-constituted Youth Forum. Order of Events 17:30 – Disability Forum Launch 18:00 – LGBTQ+ Forum Launch 18:30 – Youth Forum Launch (aged 27 & under) 19:00 till late – End of year, pre-AGM social (suggested donation £5.00). |

AGM Reminder Please be reminded that this year’s AGM will be on Thursday 22nd November 2018 at 19:15. This meeting will be elect all officer positions to Kemptown & Peacehaven CLP’s Executive Committee (EC). Remember that, in order to both vote and stand you must be a delegate . (If you’re interested in becoming a delegate, please contact your branch to ask if there are any spaces). Please refer to your all-member email for more informaiton. The deadline for self-nomination to the above positions is 15th November 2018 at 23.59. The deadline for any rule change motions to the AGM is 11th November 2018 at 23:59 . Immediately following the AGM, there will be a short General Committee meeting at which motions sent to the CLP by branches, affiliates and forums shall be debated. The deadline for these motions is 15 November 2018 at 23:59. Supporting documents will be communicated to delegates in good time for the AGM and GC meetings. PLEASE ENSURE THAT BRING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CADRD TO THE MEETING. |
