Tickets are fast seeling out for Brighton and Hove wide manifesto launch event!
Join us on Saturday the 26th of March from 10am to 2pm at the Brighthelm Centre on North Road for a policy discussion and all members meeting.
Looking back at the 2019 local manifesto, key figures in the party will be providing an assessment of our progress towards the goals we set. The Labour Group policy leads will discuss what we have achieved, where more progress can be made, and the challenges we have faced in the city over the past three years.
In the afternoon, we are planning to begin the democratic process of creating a new citywide manifesto for the 2023 local elections. Party members will split into breakout groups looking at the key policy areas and logging thoughts for priorities moving forward. This will inform a series of future policy focused manifesto meetings leading up to the local elections on May the 4th 2023.
Lunch and drinks will be provided for those who attend. This event is planned to be a hybrid meeting, so that those who cannot attend in person still have an opportunity to hear the speakers and contribute to the policy discussions.
